This project is a rebrand for a contemporary slow fashion brand Clove Label, created using appropriate strategies and methodologies alongside the client Cait based in Auckland, @clovelabel.

The aim was to create new branding for the label that embodied Cait’s values and to bring customers joy through the keywords... fun, fresh, pink, timeless, slow fashion, ethical, conscious and comfortable.

The logo submark was inspired by a clover, nature’s creation. She wanted the branding to have hints of retro elements.

Clove Label is an appreciation of beautiful clothing and an unconventional celebration of the female form, playing with volume, drape and line to give off an oversized relaxed energy with comfort at its core.

The label emerged out of a pure love for the process of creating clothing, and a desire to change the course that the fashion industry is currently following. This fostered Cait’s passion for up-cycling and repurposing various materials.

VISION:
To evoke a woman’s feeling of individuality, beauty and confidence through the way they dress. 

MISSION:
To make clothing that honour the process, materials and planet for women who want their values to align with what they wear.
